We only use HP Proliant Enterprise servers for our needs. They include Intel Xeon or AMD processors, RAID-10, IP KVM for remote administration. We can also manage your hardware if you co-locate with us. (Dell, etc.)

Managed network
Completely redundant network powered by Juniper routers and Cisco Nexus switches. Load balanced with traffic monitoring. Fast Tier-1 backbone connections. (Cogent, Hurricane Electric, CenturyLink, GTT, and through BIX many others)

24h support
We provide online ticketing support and optionally direct to engineer phone support.

Maximum first response time
We guarantee the first response time to your message within this timeframe.

Hardware replacement
In case of dedicated servers, we will replace any faulty disk, etc. within this timeframe.

Engineer time
These are the included hours monthly when our engineers are available to you on demand.

Additional hours

We will install any SSL certificates for your server.

Security administration
This includes the initial server security settings and configurations, blacklist management, firewall setup, modsecurity, root hardening, abuse notification handling.

LAMP stack management
This includes the installation and management of Linux, Apache or NGINX, MySQL, PHP. Updates to the OS, diagnostics, basic configuration, high load investigation, service optimalization

Uptime monitoring
We monitor basic server and network uptime. Troubleshooting if server does not respond to pings or is offline.

Service monitoring
All critical services are monitored in your server (Mail, SMTP, IMAP, MySQL, Web, etc.) Troubleshooting if any goes down.

Backup verification
We will verify the bare metal backup image once every 6 months to make sure its usable.

Full backups
Your server will have a weekly bare metal (full disk) backup, and a daily backup of critical items (database, etc.)

Backup restoration
Full bare metal recovery of the server form backup, or any other file, database, etc. recovery
